We endeavour to keep our stock levels plentiful so that we can meet all your orders, however occasionally we do have a short wait for restocks to arrive with us and we may in these cases back order an item on your order. Any back ordered products will be noted on the despatch email and on the invoice you receive with the main part of your order, and a further email will be sent when those goods have come in and are being despatched to you. If a product you order is out of stock and is not expected back in stock for over two weeks or it is no longer being stocked, this item will be cancelled from your order and a refund made to you. If you prefer not to wait for a backordered item, please contact us to cancel the item and we will refund it for you.
Pricing & Discounts
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We strive to use suppliers and manufacturers who provide consistent product quality. However, sometimes, due to the handmade nature of many of our products, items differ radically from one delivery to the next. In this case, we update the images on the website or put them into the Clearance section as a special line and re order to receive a more similar batch.
