Whatever your order size, we believe you should always be 100% happy with your purchase and that if in the unlikely event that you are not we will always endeavour to ensure your complete satisfaction as quickly as possible. If for any reason you wish to return a purchase, we will be happy to help you with a prompt refund or direct exchange.
Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging, within 30 days of the date of receipt.
Along with the items you are returning, please include a note stating:
the items you are returning;
your JillyBeads order number (found in the top third of your invoice, opposite your address details);
the reason for return;
whether you need a refund or exchange;
if an exchange, what item you want as a replacement.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

As soon as we receive the returned items we’ll make sure you get any exchange as quickly as possible.
Refunds will be completed the same or day after the items are received by us, and so if your payment was by debit card or PayPal, it will be almost instant – no waiting for weeks for it to happen.
Refunds/exchanges can only be given on items received by us.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. If your order has been confirmed, but you have not yet received the items, you can cancel your order using the order cancellation form sent by post to the address above, or e-mail to email@example.com or by telephoning us on +44 (0) 1524 412728. If your order has been dispatched, you will also need to return the cancelled item(s), at your own expense, to the address given above in order for us to make the refund. We will refund the order, including the original delivery charge, to you if you decide to cancel your order before receipt of or within 14 calendar days of the day after receiving the goods. Goods must be received by JillyBeads Ltd within 14 days of the date of cancellation of the order. JillyBeads Ltd will complete the refund to you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
